For the next generation
Evarexus is meant to pass to the next generation of my family, together with the businesses it owns. Every decision is made with them in mind: patient capital, long holding periods, and businesses left stronger than I found them.
What I do
- Operating. I acquire established businesses and run them as a long-term owner. Evarexus provides the capital; Namu Advisory and Namu Technology provide the operating backbone, from finance, accounting and tax to IT and cybersecurity.
- Investing. I invest in private companies for growth: sometimes as a passive investor, sometimes taking an active role.
